I had the pleasure of attending the Neiman Marcus Runway Report Event on August 8th and 15th . Every Spring and Fall Neiman Marcus showcases the chicest looks of the season. From the moment you step off the escalator at the Neiman Marcus, Austin 2nd floor the ambience and attention to detail is impeccable. Each attendee is greeted with specialty drinks and hors d’oeuvres.
This year the amazing illustrator Kris of KCAdesign was at the event. Your photo was taken on a Polaroid camera and Kris created a beautiful illustration from the photo taken. Her lovely illustration was ready for you to pick up after the show.
Leather, sequins, animal prints, lace up boots, bold patterns, peacock hues, wine hues, velvet, crystal jewelry, top handle and flap statement bags were all showcased. Any of these pieces you add to your fall wardrobe will be on Trend.
There were so many crowd favorites. The Marc Jacobs Leopard Print dress styled with Christian Louboutin lace booties, the floral D&G dress styled with the gorgeous Valentino Rock Studs, and the Herve Leger black feather dress were definitely among the favorites.
I personally have a few favorites that are on my radar. The Veronica Beard black leather blazer is definitely on my must have list for that perfect statement piece jacket that you can dress up or style with a pair of jeans and boots for a more relaxed casual vibe.
