Travel Workout

Hi Dolls!

Today I am sharing one of my travel workouts, if you are on the go & traveling a lot like I am this workout is for you!

Warm up on the treadmill for 5 minutes.

  • 20 walking lunges
  • 20 jump squats
  • 20 donkey kicks each leg
  • 20 pushups
  • 20 reverse crunches
  • 20 crunches
  • 20 bicep curls
  • 20 shoulder presses
  • Sprint on the treadmill for 1 minute giving it all you got

Repeat this circuit 4 times

Total workout time- 30 minutes

If you have the time its super important to stretch after the workout.

This workout is fast paced, intense but very effective. It kicks my booty! Just because you travel or are always on the go does not mean you can’t  stay in shape.  If I can do it so can you!
