Happy Sunday! Chris and I definitely put to good use our Vitamix Blender (Shop~ Here) . We love to make healthy power smoothies and we wanted to share this chocolate, almond or peanut butter, low carb, paleo, and keto friendly smoothie. Not only is it packed with protein it has a yummy flavor too. The dates add a delicious sweetness and pack it full of potassium and other minerals. Make sure you blend well so you get it nice and creamy.
- 1/2 cup Organic coconut milk
- 1 heaping tablespoon Organic almond butter or peanut butter (your preference)
- Half of an avocado
- 2-3 Dates
- 1 Scoop or 1 packet -Protein powder (your preference) We used Garden of Life~Shop Here
- 1 pinch- Cocoa powder
- 1/2 Cup filtered water
- 1/2 Cup ice
Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Add a pinch of cocoa powder to the top of smoothie and ENJOY the deliciousness.
