  1. Create daily rituals this helps to experience positive emotions . Meditate , repeat affirmations, create a gratitude journal.  Research  shows the best time to instill positive thoughts into your mind is first thing in the morning or right before you go to bed . 
  2. Move your body. Go for a walk , exercise , dance . You can changes the way you feel by changing your physiology. 
  3. Get 7-8 hours  of sleep – the less energy you have the more  likely you will experience negative emotions.
